Merging Audio with Video

Hey, this program is really good but what i cant figure out is how to merg the audio and video so i can have just the one file.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Action always makes both video and audio into one file, there's no option for seperate files.

Maybe u've confused audio recording with video recording.
