Enormous Aero problem

To begin i'm french , if i make mistakes in my topic i apologize

So Action asks me to record my desktop to activate Aero , if i understood well i have to activate aero themes in the customization(personalization) and appearances .

But when it is made, the error messages come back : "The recording of the desk is impossible because aero Windows is desactivated. Please activate him to record the desk

I don't understand where the problem comes from ! please help me

Try running Windows troubleshooter for Aero interface and see if it finds any issues.

Unfortunately, the troubleshooter find nothing .

What can i make of more ? Have you a solution?

Hi, do you have Lucid logix virtu mvp installed by any chance?, I had this problem and it was down to Lucid logix virtu mvp
I contacted Lucid support and they ask me to uninstall virtu mvp selecting delete personal data, reinstall pro version from there website, they also gave me a new activation code, and it solved the problem,

as a test try entering services.msc into windows run box (press windows key + r) press ok, look for desktop window manager and restart the service this switches dwm aka aero on, I was doing this before the main fix as a temp solution
