PC Specification: Toshiba c805, Radeon HD, Win7 64bit

Action trial version doesnt record in gaming mode

Action trial version doesnt record in gaming mode
Desktop mode records ok, window mode records ok, but when I just turn any game on and press f9 nothing happens.
I got Toshiba c805, Radeon HD graphic card, windows 7 64bit. If you need any other info let me know, I'll be happy to provide to help solving this. Thanks
