Audio Out of Sync

I'm having some problems with the audio sync of my microphone along with the in game sound. Both the video recorded and the audio can be at the exact same time but what I'm saying through the microphone is just a little bit in front of the video. This doesn't make sense to me since I started the video and mic at the same time and ended them both at the same time after 10 mins but when I play them together the mic is like half a second in front of the video.

Any help would be great!
