Webcam doesn't appear in the recorded video!

Ok, so I've bought a Logitech C270 and when I previewed the camera was showing but when I recorded the webcam wasn't there!(and no, there was nothing else using the webam.)
So I went to buy a new webcam a Microsoft lifecam hd 3000, and the same thing appenned... I don't know wants wrong but I want it fixed and fast! I payed for the product and it just doesn't work!

Webcam may not be working in two cases:
- Check if you have Perfect Video Match mode enabled. If yes, please disable it.
- Check if you have selected Record Mouse Cursor, it's required to show the webcam properly.

Maybe your webcam is set to this setting.
