Mirillis does not recognize my games anymore

Hi there,

This is my first time in this forum and English is not my motherlanguage, so my apologises if I make any spelling mistakes.

I purchased Mirillis 2 months ago and everything was great, but suddenly, yesterday, a new update was suggested by the program, so I did tried to update it. It failed to update, no more details were given, it just told me that it was unable to complete the update. I just thought it was a mere problem and that everything was going to work as if nothig had happened, but it didn't.

Since that, Mirillis does not reconize any of the games I've tried (even those that already were recorded with Mirillis). I've reinstalled the program several times, and also tried to open the game and then the program (as some forum suggested), but it still does not work properly.

It's so frustrating... -.-

Reboot your PC and install Action! again.

I had a similar issue. Its not recognizing that I'm in a game so when I hit F9, it records for a few seconds then promptly stops (like if I alt-tabbed or something). If I change the recording from game to active monitor it works like a charm. I'm not sure exactly how it detects the game but the way I've been able to replicate this is by having Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls in fullscreen windowed mode. Action still reports that its a DX9 in the little HUD. The record button is grey too. When I switch it back to fullscreen it works as it should.

I have been having this same issue with Planetside 2, except its not in windowed mode. I sometimes have to hit F9 a few times before it works.
