Cannot activate

First topic hasn't shown up so apologies if Ive posted twice

I cannot activate my action commercial, I'm on the free trial software and clicked activate, type in info and serial from email. But the activate button won't highlight.

Avast virus software also keeps popping up whilst on your website etc

Make sure that all fields has been filled out properly.
