i can't record Games and Applications Record Feature

hi there guys

yesterday i bought licence but i got problem with Games and Applications mode

I would like to record Gameplay videos but I am not able to because under the Games and Applications tab (First tab) the Red record button turns Gray and I am not able to record. I have tried using the Hotkey that I have set to start recording, I have tried restarting the application, I have tried redownloading the application, and I have restarted my computer and nothing seems to work. I am however, able to record using the "Active Screen" and the "Active Desktop Region" feature, but I want to use the Games and Applications feature.

i already contacted to support team and they dont responded yet

yes since 2 days ago i just keep spoke them but they can't solve my issue :cry:

i want record with 120 fps :cry:
