Streaming and recording at different qualities

I think I don't completely understand how recording the stream to disk works. Is it recorded at the Recording settings (I have Original resolution, 30 fps) or at the Live settings (I have 360p, 25 fps)? Is it possible to record at native resolution while streaming at low resolution? I have a very low upload bandwidth but I'd like to have good quality recordings to upload later to Youtube.

I purchased the 1 month streaming license and it seems I have to record at low quality if I'm streaming. Only workaround I can think about is using 2 different programs, for example Action for recording, OBS for streaming. Any other ideas?

Action! will record the video with settings from LIVE streaming.
