Video Artifacts and Garble...looks pretty ugly

Hey guys,

Have this software all of a sudden near transitions and parts of recorded clips I see green and blue lines on the recorded videos. Some other users on our site who we gifted this software to reported the same issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Please let me know how to fix this. We're giving away another licence this month as part of a contest and this is a very bad.
