Wont screenshot with hotkey

Every time I try to do screenshots with the hot key 'F12' It doesn't work. I've also tried changing the hot key and it still doesn't work. If i press the big button on the screenshot page it'll work but just not the hot key. How do I fix this.

Could you post a screenshot of your hotkey section?

I'm aware its grayed out beside it but the record video button will still work and that's grayed out too.

Grayed buttons means that they cannot be disabled. I guess that there is some other applications that is not allowing Action! to use F12 to capture screenshot.
