Cursor Missing - Visible On Recording Tho

Odd one,

had a quick search but tbh dont really know what im looking for.
was a topic regarding disabling of "use perfect video match" but thats not on, nor has it ever been on.

loading up some games, the cursor totally disappears in game, alt-tab its back, alt-tab back to game it vanishes yet it shows up on the recording.

if i can put the game in windowed mode it seems to come back.

if i close action! down, its there as if nothing had happened.

just asking basically if anyone has experienced this, as its some what frustrating, i dont want to play in windowed mode, nor do i want to struggle to select options in game etc whilst recording >.<

games off top of my head which i can remember right now are both through steam like everything else i usually play:

neotokyo
warface
the hunter
murdered soul suspect

Also, im noticing alot of the recordings stopping recording and the hud still says its recording its only when i stop the recording and look at the file it says for example 10 mins of recording instead of 30 - this is somewhat a major annoyance
