Mirillis Abandoned?

Hello, I'm writing this email due to the fact that over the past month I have sent Mirillis three emails consisting of the same information regarding the free live membership I have been offered due to the steam edition of Action!.
A whole month has passed since the first email I sent in response to gathering my steam key, yet I have had no response from the Mirillis team, nor a change in my live membership.
I'm getting quite agitated by this, as through experience I love Action! It's a great software, and this is the first time Mirillis have ever let me down. Due to this, I'm sure there is a problem occurring in the system of some-sorts, but a response would be greatly appreciated.
