Action Stopped working while recording. Work Recovery?

I was recording a long speedart and then action suddenly stopped working. I dont remember changing anything when it crashed. My hard drive has a lot of free space and I doubt that it is because of that. Is there any possible way of repairing that file? Also, How do I fix this problem of it crashing on long desktop recordings as it has happened before.

Unfortunately there is no possibility to recover broken videos. Did you record your desktop or application?
