Action! Won't Open

I double click on action! shortcut on my desktop, and it won't open. The little banner thing (idk how to describe it) pops up, but then the program never does.

Do you use Wi-Fi or direct internet connection?

I use direct. It opened now though, so I guess I just needed to restart.

There was a similar issue in the past where Action! was blocked on user router and it resulted in getting stuck on the loading screen. Try unplugging physically your internet connection and see if you can get past through the loading screen.
