An awful lot of issues with Action apparently

Thu Jul 17, 2014 7:13 pm

I have a Win 7 gaming PC, I'm pretty experienced in operating media programs, I've never had problems with any other type of media program, I am a database modder for the Total War series, I'm not 'lost' on a computer by any means.

I decided on a whim (bad idea) to purchase this product yesterday and I have had nothing but issues ever since.

As I was doing searches on here for solutions to my problems, as anyone would do with a product they just spent $50 on and is not functioning correctly, two things jumped out at me:

1. The sheer volume of technical problems

2. The lack of support and clear attitude of 'you must be stupid and doing something wrong because there is nothing wrong with our product' by customer support. The majority of posts on here have no response to them actually.

 Great, let me guess trying to get my money back will be like pulling a tooth from a mountain lion?
