Action! will not record my webcam.

So i recently bought Action! and it wont let me record my webcam. I have tried changing file to mp4 and recording mouse cursor but it wont even let me choose to record it. Here is a picture.

How is this webcam plugged to your PC? Have you installed all drivers for your webcam? Does it work in another application like Skype?
