Action! not working in editing software?

So it seems that whenever I put a video I record into ANY editing software I use (anything from windows movie maker to adobe premier) the audio is now completely lost. This is pretty odd as if i just play the raw file the audio is still there. Before i had a similar issue but i only lost my own audio (this was an easy fix, i just recorded my audio through a different program) now however I lose ALL audio, including in game audio and my skype call audio. This is a pretty big issue as these things i can't simply record through another program and shouldn't HAVE to in the first place. I'm starting to get rather annoyed with this program and it's parent company as not only does the product not work as it should but i can't even e-mail the sales department as i'll never get a response. What is even weirder about this whole thing is before this wasn't even an issue until i updated to the newest version... So no this has nothing to do with my computer, my editing software or anything in between, this has to do with Action! itself.

Which Action! version do you use? Could you upload one of your files so I can see if I can reproduce this?
