Stream Crashes

Every time I stream, for some reason it crashes. It usually crashes when I am done with a game or when I try to stream. Need help.

Could you post your DxDiag report?

I send you guys an email and replied that everything looks ok.
I try to live stream League of Legends and my game is set to borderless.

I have the same issue. It seems as if the Action! client is incapable of making a switch between League client and the League game. If I use desktop mode, it will switch all right after the game's end back to the client. However, it seems that, no matter what recording mode I use, it always crashes during the load screen.

This is a very frustrating predicament, particularly since twitch viewers might receive an e-mail every time I go live. I feel like this might make me lose viewers, not to mention my stream is offline when people might click on it to view it.
I would love to see this issue resolved.

Does it also crash when you record a normal video in MP4 format?
