Is it possible to have Action! on two different computers?

I had Action! (In future I will just call It action because I keep forgetting to put the '!') on my old laptop, but It broke to the extent It wouldn't turn on before I could uninstall It so It still exists on that laptop. I have since got a new computer but have not been able to try It as I've lost my activation key (I'll be emailing for It later following the support) but will It work on two computers given the situation? The old laptop's hard-drive just broke and wouldn't be recognised to I would have no way to uninstall It.

In short: Would It work, or would I just have to save up and rebuy It again? If there is a way how would I do It and would emailing the support help the situation?

You cannot activate Action! on two computers at the same. You have to uninstall it from the previous computer before installing it on new one. Since your hardware is broken you can consider the software as uninstalled since it will not be used anymore on that particular PC.
