Problem with moving files to Vegas Pro

So I'm having a bit of an issue when trying to move the recorded files from action to Vegas. I know how to do it but when I try opening it up in Vegas Pro, it says there's a problem with the codec. I'm not a computer genius, so I have no idea what that means. Can someone help please? Thanks.

Are you trying to import AVI or MP4 file?

If you're recording in uncopmpressed AVI you then need to encode those raw files within Action!.

This is what I did until they got AMD APP Mp4 support, now it is encoded on the fly
