Unreliable Software

Fri Jul 25, 2014 1:22 pm

Dear Mirillis,

I'm just gonna cut to the chase, this is the second time this program has crashed mid recording and cost me over an hour of footage. Before, it was maybe because I recorded for over 2 hours; who knows. Since then I've been stopping and starting it every hour. This time, it happened again at 1:11:00.

You may have good quality recordings, but your software's unreliable stability is a huge setback and it's really frustrating. I'm trying my hardest to keep this as civil as possible, but I'm incredibly annoyed at this.

Maybe it's because it's recording to a Hard Drive connected to an enclosure, but in any case that shouldn't need to be an issue at all. Nothing else ever crashes while using the data located on these hard drives, and I would expect this program to be the same.

Oh and before you try to blame my computer, I think you'll find that my computer is better than most people's.
