Recording Text To Speech Audio

When I record my desktop and I have something being said by my computer via text-to-speech, that audio isn't being recorded and I can't quite figure out why. Using Shadowplay it is picked up just fine. I've tried ensuring that Action! is recording the proper sound device, same with text-to-speech. Is this a known issue?

It's just the built-in text-to-speech from Windows 8.1 that's accessible via the control panel.
