Recording Sound

Hello,

Just bought this software as it seemed to beat Bandicam but I've ran into one small problem on recording and that's due to the sound.

Records Video perfectly but does not record sound for some reason, I've tried both F9 and F10 but no joy, tried just recording mic but still no joy. Tried just opening a game and trying to get it to record the sound in that but no joy. Am I missing something here ?

Forgot to reply back, I didn't have Record system sounds ticked, is working fine now and without one little glitch, seriously some what shocked, no crashes or anything.
