Action! crashes instantly on startup

Memory: 4 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1366x768 (32bit)(60Hz)
Video Type: AMD?

I recently downloaded the trial for Action! in order to test it out before I purchase it. But every time I start it up I get a message box saying it stopped working.
