Action! 1.19.2 not hooking into D3D11 (Elder Scrolls Online)

Hi.

I have just downloaded the trial version of Action! to to tests and see if I would like to purchase it as it seems like great software, however I'm running into a problem with capturing game footage while playing The Elder Scrolls Online.

I can't use the Games and Applications recording mode (Active Screen capture works though).

The Elder Scrolls Online is a Direct X 11 game but you can force it to use DirectX 9 by changing a setting in the "UserSettings" file. Once this is changed the HUD will pop up saying its using DX9 and recording can be done but if its changed back to D3D11 the HUD disappears and you can no longer record.

Changing the game to use DirectX 9 is a unacceptable work around for me, and even though Active Screen capture works with ESO I would rather figure out why Games and Applications mode isn't working in case it even happens with another game.

I do not have any other Direct X 11 games installed I can test on my system, However Diablo 3 and Hearthstone both record through Games and Application mode (they both use DX9).

There is an issue with Elder Scrolls Online. Mirillis developers are currently looking into this.

Awesome. That's great to hear.
If there is anything I can do to help with the testing then let me know (Log files and such).

As a side note: OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) and EpicRewind are both able to hook into the game with out any problems.

This was posted almost four months ago - any news?
I download Action! trial primarily to record ESO (The Elder Scrolls on line).
As it doesn't, Action! is currently useless - so any news?
