HUD not showing during game recording

Hello.

I'm using Action! to record a game called Broken Age, for Steam.

Problem is : the HUD never shows in the game, but the recording itself is still functional - Given example when I press F9 and start recording or whatever -

This problem shows both when selecting to record with HUD on games and applications or not.

Happens both on AVI and MP4 formats. I use Steam while recording the game.

Specs :

OS : Windows 8.1, 64 bits
Video Card : Nvidia GTX 750 Ti 2 Gb
Memory : 8 Gb
Monitor Resolution : 1600 x 900 - Selected in-game resolution is the same as that
Game Problem : HUD doesn't shows in-game when recording, Broken Age
Video Type : Both AVI and MP4

So, any progress on this issue?

Because the HUD is necessary to make recordings, I need to keep the recording time in check and stuff. Not to mention I might have no idea if the recording is actually happening or not.

Please, do not make me regret buying Action! instead of pirateing it.
