Avtion only record few secs on video and Crash ESO

I bought Action a couple of days before for The Elder Scrolls Online, ESO is DX11 game and Action not supporting DX11 right now.
1. To record my gameplay I changed The Elder Scrolls Online setting to DX9, but DX9 and Action together force my game to crash
2. Due to Action not supporting, I use Application Record mode, Action only record 30-50 Secs of video. e.g. I play many session for hours and long, when I finished my game and hit F9 Stop record. It was surprising my hour log game record only 40 secs.
3. ESO launched 4 months earlier and Action developer team can't manage to release DX11 supported update. Still no time frame.

4. I bought Action for ESO but unable to record, It was my big mistake I bought software without tried trail version. I want money back.

Plz provide some link to claim refund or talk to customer support.
