Audio balance problem

Hey!
I have push to talk on the CTRL key. The problem is that when I push the button CTRL other sounds are quieter. it possible to disable?

Here is another test. I set microphone volume to 0%. Now you can hear when i pressing CTRL button music in game is quiter (I'm doing circles when I hold the CTRL button)
