Premiere Pro - No valid streams [SOLVED]

alls of the sudden i have this problem. I recorded yesterday without problem and now this happens. Old mp4 work like a charm but not the ones made by Action

Copying into a new Container didn't help. Encoding now and reporting

Encoding did it .. whats going on ? Out of the sudden. I'm recording with my mic on a separate track within that video .. i need a fix fast ...

try using AVI format to record, and dont export the video. in my tests Exporting reduces the quality of the video greatly

i want to use quicksync and i needed to encode it again because adobe premiere suddenly made a fuss about it. dont know whats going on. I tried other ones and hey worked out perfectly fine !

Trying to reinstall premiere.
