All program crash when I read a record

Hello, and sorry for my bad english.
I've a problem with Action. When I record my screen (in game, usually) I don't have any problem, but when I try to watch my record, I've some interruptions, and ActionPlayer crash. When I try to read it with VLC or Media player, same problem, the program crash exactly on the same moment. Per exemple, at 00:20, i've a bug, the screen turn green, with an awefull sound. But if a read the video again and begin at 00:21, all work (until next crash). And when I try to "work" on the video, to cut these bugged moment (with AVS, per exemple) same problem, crash...

It's a little bit sad to pay for a software who doesn't work... I hope you can help me.
