My Action Wont Start...

Ok whenever i click on Action! it wont start. And the window that says:Action! Version:(Insert Version Here) is the only thing that pops up. It shows up in task manager but doesn't show up when i ALT+TAB. Please Help!

I got the same problem. When I try to launch it, the first loading screen is all that comes up and it will just hang there. Just as I needed to record something

Btw this is the first post on this forum and with it I got a question. Action is a one time fee only right? Once you buy it, its ''yours''? or you pay by year? Sorry I cant remember and Ive had action! for close to a year now I think..

Recently one of our users have found that his screen refresh rate was set to an odd number, not the native one. He fixed this issue by changing his computer screen refresh rate.

As for you second question. Yes, Action! license is a one-time purchase.
