Issue with Recording. Takes me off Game im playing

I would record a game i am playing, and a good 1-2 minutes in, while trying to record, it takes me off my game and i go straight to my desktop screen (As if i Alt+Tab out of it) And i cant even record my games now

is there a solution to this? i tried Contacting Mirillis by email and i havn't recieved any responses


I would greatly appreciate any kind of advice to fix this.

Does it occur with only one game? What's this game name?

As long as the program is on, evene if i am not even recording at all, if im on the internet i would have to click whatever i am on to focus on it again. On my laptop this software worked just fine.

Now i have a pc i built myself. 16 GB RAM, i7-4790k processor, GTX 770 (4 GB dedicated graphic card) so my specs are more then good enough to handle the software.

I have supported you guys and even made my own personal video to get people to buy this software because i love it so much, but if i cannot get this program to work on my new gaming desktop, i may have to switch to another software and i do not want to do that

If there is anything i can do to fix this please let me know. (By the way this happens to EVERY GAME i play, including just having Mirillis action on without even recording, i tried un installing and reinstalling, same thing.)

i this continues i might have to stop using this and buy another program for recording my gameplays, which i dont want to do D:
