Recording problems

Hello!

I am using Action! since long time without any issue, few days ago I reinstalled my system, and Action! doesnt work properly. The recording is in slow motion, with like 7-8 FPS. It worked with 40-60 FPS before the install. I have the latest drivers for VGA. Can anyone help what is wrong then? Thanks!

My computer:

Amd FX-6300 Six core processor
8GB DDR 3 Ram
HD 7850 2GB video card
Windows 8.1 Operation system( Was the same before the reinstall)
