Minecraft FPS Drop

When i normally play minecraft i get about 300fps. when i record with avi or mp4 file type, any resolution and any fps my games fps is always stuck at 20-23. i have tried recording to a different drive and using optifine a low settings.
My Specs: Cpu: intel i7 4770k , Graphics Card: Asus(brand) geforce gtx 750 ti and windows 8.1 pro 64bit.

The FPS when you play is like 20 - 23 or the FPS of the video?

When I play it is 20-23 but the video is the number I set it to be (60)

Does this issue occurs only with Minecraft? Are you using screen mode or game mode?
