Is Action still under development?

Updates have slowed down to a crawl (The last update was in April, Over 4 months ago) and in that time there have been some pretty big bugs reported (I wont go over them here, but there are pages and pages of them on this forum).

Quite often the reply is "We are working on it and hopefully it will be fixed in the next update".

When questioned about the next update we are told that there is no time frame as you are working on a 'Major' update and want to make sure everything is working fine (I question why you don't fix the current problems before working on new major updates, but that's a whole different kettle of fish).

I would like to know if this 'Major' update is going to be an actual 'update' or if the new 'Major' features will bring around a version 2.0 which will require a new purchase/license.

I quote "Terms of Sale"

7.5 - After product purchase you are entitled to a free updates within purchased product version. In example after purchase of Splash PRO (version 1.x.x) you are entitled to free updates to Splash PRO 1.x.x versions. Upgrades to next product versions (in example from Splash PRO 1.x.x to Splash PRO 2.x.x version) or other product versions (in example from Splash PRO to Splash PRO EX) are not free.

Its been a little while and It would be nice to have a little more information related to the product we have purchased while we wait.
