Skype Static sound in videos

When im recording i use skype to talk to friends but in the video they come out super staticy, any audio through my headphones and not my mic does that, can someone plz help me fix it? I will buy this if it gets resolved thank you!

Does this issue occurs only when Skype is running?

No, anything thats in the background on my desktop while recording. Music or Skype or basically anything thats not coming from my mic, but from my computer comes out super staticy in the videos. Do you know what that might be?
