This has happened too often to be ignored. But when I use the Control B shortcut, half of the time the recording wont go to that time saved in the txt file because it simply doesnt go past a minute or two. So that moment that I saved is lost completely because it wasnt saved while recording. Second bug I've reported that is really a main issue. Mp4 is bugged, really bugged. What are you doing to fix this? Since the last update was over 6 months ago and since then there have been CRITICAL BUGS that you don't care to release a fix for just because the Remote Action! is such a big deal, but in reality it isn't because its causing these bugs that break Action to really irritate its users.
On your Facebook page you told a user that it would be released by the end of September, but that never happened.
I paid $35 for this app and it has really made the program worth nothing due to all of the lost recordings I've had. I also did ask for a refund a while back ago but that was never acknowledged.
