Webcam light is on, but not showing up

Hi there! OK so I've been using Action! for a while now and I love it!...but at first, my webcam light would go on (when wanting to record webcam) for both mp4 and avi, but the actual little window would only show up for mp4. And it wouldn't always actually finish. On mp4 and recording webcam, sometimes when I'd hit stop recording, Action! would stop responding all together...I waited for hours but it still wasn't responding so I always have to close it and lose the video. Then out of nowhere, I could use avi and it would ACTUALLY record the webcam (before when trying to use avi, the webcam light would go on but it wouldn't show up). Then I accidentally wiped my hard drive and had to reinstall everything and it was back to square one. I love recording with webcam but mp4 almost always stops responding after finishing recording :/ Anyone know the solution for this?

Webcam may not be working in two cases:
- Check if you have Perfect Video Match mode enabled. If yes, please disable it.
- Check if you have selected Record Mouse Cursor, it's required to show the webcam properly.

I tried with perfect match mode both on and off, and I the mouse cursor needs to be ON for the webcam to work?

Yes, this option have to be enabled.
