Battle Eye Update stops Action Game Mode working

Hi,
It seems the latest BE update (from about 10 days ago) has stopped Action from working in Game mode.

I know you can run in windowed mode to record, but I don't want to do it that way. It doesn't go properly full screen at 1920x1080 and I get either the window title, or section of desktop at the bottom of the screen.

I've tested other software and found it to be working in their version of "Game Mode", but prefer Action for quality and file size.
I tested the BE part by running Arma2 with and without Battle Eye.
With BE - No HUD and won't record.
Without BE - HUD and record worked just fine.

Is a fix in progress for this?
There are other posts on the forum about this, but I don't think they have realized it's the BE update just yet.

Video Card: ATI R9 270X HAWK
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Game Problem: Arma2 OA (Steam)
Video Type: MP4
