Record button doesn't always start recording

Seems it is hit or miss...have to look down at hud to see if it turns red while I'm trying to dogfight in a flight sim...

Just seemed to start when I got my Logitech G19s keyboard.

Any suggestions.

Could you confirm that this issue does not occur with normal keyboard?
