Action Desktop Region problem.

Sorry for my English , when i active record Action Desktop Region mode ,it runs full my window and i can't change size of frame recording that i want .It always full window .Hmm. I uninstalled it with control panel both Total install , then deleted registry but when reinstall , it was'nt change .Pls help me , my pc use window 8.1 .Thank you.

Active Region size can be changed by dragging the green lines to the size you want. You can also reset the region settings with "0" (zero) key.
