Confusion with exporting to youtube.

I love mirillis Action! Screen recorder, it is possibly the best out there. But the thing with uploading, is it takes a long time and I don't have a clue on how to make it faster. Then when it does upload to youtube, it takes even longer to process the video, and last time I tried it didn't process fully. Please provide details on how to make it faster, it would be greatly appreciated.
