16:10 format and MP4

Wed Apr 02, 2014 1:37 pm

Hello There,

Really need a fix.. When recording a game all is well, but when doing desktop presentations and instructional videos I am unable to use MP4 ( much better for compression than AVI ) since it does not understand the 16:10 format well. All text is blurry and really bad.. If I use AVI, all is well.. Could really use a fix from Mirillis on this one. I requested a fix about 2 months ago and have been forgotten. AVI is a workaround, but takes up way to much space. I need MP4 for 16:10 fix ASAP.
Kind regards,
Saxamo

I am bumping this since my last post.. I made a small video to provide a visual and once again request.. request... please a fix for the 720 MP4 so that text is perfect as it is in AVI original.. Basically at 16:10, unless you do AVI Original the program is worthless and the size of the files are way to large.

OS: 8.1 up to date
Video Card: EVGA04G-P4-3687 GTX 680 4GB FTW
Memory: 16 GB
Motherboard: AsRock Z97 Extreme6
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1200 HP w2408h(16:10) x3
Video Editor: None
Game Problem: Text has never been good
Video Type: MP4 720 or any option other than AVI Original
Everything is up to date, all drivers, everything, and NO errors in event log other than Windows Store failed to sync machine licenses. Result code 0x80070490 - Stupid unending error from the windows store, that cannot be gotten rid of unless you remove some things I don't want to.
Kind regards,
Saxamo
