Game Recording Crashes Action!

I have tested it on 6 different games and it keeps happening... Whenever i try to record gameplay it just crashes Action! I tried games that use Steam, Orgins, and no overlays to make sure it wasn't the bug thats known... Kinda feeling annoyed...

Here are my settings;
File Format: MP4(AMD APP)
Video Size: 1080p
Video Framerate: 60
Record system sounds
Allow multi-channel audio
Video Quality: High
Bitrate (MP4): 100%
Input Range: 0-255
Use Multicore Recording
Record mouse cursor
Use hardware acceleration for video encoding: AMD APP

My system specs;
FX-6350 @ 4.2Ghz
2x R9 270X (Crossfire'ed W/ OC)
8GB Ram
250GB HDD(for videos)
