Weird choppy videos after recording.

So I have no idea how the format of this post should be like nor do I know what to provide you guys with, but I'll just state the problem I seem to be having. Once I record a video of a game (Minecraft at the moment) then I play it with the Action! player, it's choppy and slows down/speeds up at random parts. I don't understand how I fix this, please help ASAP.
