Volume Very Low

Hello all, whenever I try and capture gameplay and export it to Youtube, the volume is very low compared to other videos. I have the speakers turned to 100%. I think the problem is in Action under audio balance I have system sounds set to 20 and mic set to 80. The reason for this is if I go above 20 you can't hear my voice anymore. However I also have my mic settings set to 100. Anyone know anyway to fix this? Thanks!
