PC Specification: Windows 7 64bit, ATI Radeon HD 4850

"Action! has stopped working."

So this evening I bought the commercial license for my usage on YouTube. I downloaded the product to my 2 gaming PCs and it seems to be fine. Then, I put it on my main work PC for editing purposes as well, and when I try and load it for the first time, it will not even get to the start screen of the program. All it does is bring up the logo and immediately stop working.

I consider myself knowledgeable about computers, but I'm not an expert, especially in troubleshooting and such for programs and conflicts. To that end, this is the machine giving me a problem:

My work PC that I edit on is running Windows 7 64bit Home Premium
It's not a powerhouse, but it has a serviceable 4GB of RAM, AMD Athlon II X4 3.0GHz Processor and an ATI Radeon HD 4850 graphics card.
The graphics card has the latest drivers(first thing I checked) and the PC is otherwise working as it normally does for me.

Any ideas?
