Action Uploading Problems

Hi, so I've uploaded videos with Action! before on this same laptop, but now when I go to upload, videos get stuck at 41% and get ridiculous waiting times(upwards of 3 hours for a 15 second video) even though my internet is fine enough to play multiplayer battlefield in the other room. Thinking it was an internet problem at first, I moved literally less than 3 feet away from the router and still, no change. It's not like the recorded videos are just bad or something either, I can watch them and they run just fine, they just won't upload for some reason. Help please?

Do you use hardware acceleration?

Hardware acceleration can be found in Export Settings.

Try disabling it and see if the same issue occurs.
