NVEnc DLL?

Sun Dec 28, 2014 5:45 am

I'm using older GeForce driver (332.21), as such don't have NVEnc. What files are specifically required to enable this functionality? I gather it is nvenc.dll or some such. My video card is GTX780Ti but I'm reluctant to upgrade to latest GeForce drivers due to the lack of CUDA which I use a lot, also I don't want to mess with patched drivers. I'm running 32-bit Windows 7. Anybody here kind enough to upload the required 32-bit DLL files? (privately or otherwise) I suppose these can be copied straight into the system32 Windows directory. If there is more to it than that any guidance will be appreciated. Naturally I'd like to take advantage of the MP4/NVenc recording function in Action!
TIA !

I managed to solve the problem.... I downloaded GeForce 340.52 driver from Nvidia site, extracted the entire package, and then expanded the file nvEncodeAPI.dl_ -->nvEncodeAPI.dll
I copied this to windows system32 directory, replacing the old one that was there. New file has size 408KB (old one was 395KB)
Now I can report that MP4 NVEnc option is working fine in Action!
